This MLK weekend I headed to Tahoe with a few of my best friends. It was a weekend full of sledding, playing in the snow, exploring around the town and being cozy in our cabin. This was my first weekend ever in Tahoe, and I loved it! It’s really good to see snow in California, especially when I am used to it at least five months out of the year being from Colorado.
For a day of exploring around town, I picked out this great grey cropped sweater I got a long time ago with some high-waisted distressed black jeans. I can’t resist high-waisted anything, so these jeans made it straight into my closet. They’re from GAP, which is honestly the best place to find high quality jeans that are high enough around the waist to create a flattering shape (no love-handles, here!).
I’m not going to lie that it was a bit cold in this outfit, but so worth it to show off this sweater. I hope you all had a nice and relaxing MLK weekend! Look forward to another Tahoe post coming this week
