I haven’t posted too much inside my house since I’ve moved to Redondo Beach, but I love it inside my little bungalow. I usually spend the mornings making coffee and playing with my kitty, Penny, before heading to work for the day. On weekends, if I am not being a weekend warrior (which I usually am), I love to make breakfast at home. For me, my home is my sanctuary. I can wear whatever I want to wear and be whoever I want to be- not that I am not myself outside my home… But I can sing loud and dance and wear no pants, etc. at home. One thing I do always wear inside is a pair of slippers. My last pair of slippers were from Christmas from Nordstrom Rack and had no soles or cushion left in them. Needless to say, I needed an upgrade. Something with harder soles that I could walk around and be comfortable in. When I found T&N Collection, they had just what I was looking for- comfortable slippers that I can wear inside and outside!
T&N Collection has two collections of shoes to choose from- the Classic Collection and the Tres Chic Collection. I chose these Mauve slippers from the Tres Chic Collection, since the color mauve somehow seems to match all my clothing perfectly. I paired them with a lace robe from Nudwear, my new favorite Upbra, and some loose pleated pants I thrifted recently from Crossroads. This is the ideal outfit I would wear for lounging inside my bungalow, but we all know that’s not how it goes all the time (ahem- sweatpants and groutfits…). Nonetheless, these T&N slippers are awesome for wearing around the house with any outfit you choose to wear inside!
If I were to wear them outside the house, I would probably choose some skinny jeans and a simple white tee with Ray Bans. Another cool thing about T&N slippers is that they have specially crafted insoles that provide the comfort of a running shoe while maintaining the aesthetics of a chic ballet flat.
