    Modern Desk Accessories

My desk has always been a place of clutter. I keep everything from jewelry, notes, perfume, candles, magazines, to cards on my desk and organize it in a way that makes me feel okay with it (all spread to the corners, pretty much). That’s precisely why I did a reorganization of my desk- I got rid of the clutter and picked out a few essentials that made my desk look and feel cleaner. There’s something about throwing things away that makes me feel cleaner immediately, but that’s a whole different topic, I can feel my OCD kicking in…

I found these gold pineapples via LUX, an app that is beautifully curated to with modern home goods and accessories. This made the search quite easy for me because I immediately fell in love with all of their items! The ring holder and candle are from LUX, and the rest of the pieces are mine. I think they fit in quite nicely, don’t you think?

I love helping creative and upcoming brands and apps get the recognition that they deserve. It makes my blogging job worth it!

You can use the code BOHEMIANBYTHEBAY (valid till end of July) to enjoy 25% on all LUX orders over $40!

    Love,

PBTeen x Bohemian by the Bay

I have always loved Pottery Barn’s simple, classically elegant style so when they asked me to collaborate on a room makeover, I didn’t need to think twice. PBTeen has some great staple pieces at affordable prices so you can get the look for less- which is especially convenient when you live in a one bedroom apartment in San Francisco where rent is off the charts and your main living space is your room…

When I saw the Junk Gypsy Field of Clouds Textured Quilt + Sham, I fell in love. I had been searching for the same type of comforter and found many on sites such as West Elm and Anthropologie, but all were over $300. This quilt was exactly what I was looking for- it is the perfect mix of girly and minimal, with the delicate ruching paired with the crisp white color that matches any type of décor.

I paired the quilt with Sequin Ikat Pillow covers to brighten up the foggy days that are so common here in San Francisco. I love the pastel color palette of these pillows that matches the San Francisco landscape glittered with light pink houses and the aqua water of the bay.
To complete the look, I paired the Filigree Beauty Necklace Stand with the Mirrored Trifold Vanity to create a fresh-from-the-flea-maket antiqued bohemian vibe.

Be sure to check out PBTeen’s blog to see my room makeover over there too 🙂

This was so much fun, hope you guys enjoy!

    Love,

    BB xx
